1. Information we handle

We receive the name, company or organization (optional), email address, inquiry category, message and any additional information you choose to send us. Please do not include passwords, confidential documents or sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for the inquiry.

The contact form prepares an email on your device. Input is not sent to our web server, stored in cookies or browser storage, or transmitted automatically as you type. We receive your inquiry only when you send it from your email app. Your email provider also handles the message under its own terms.

2. Purposes of use

We use inquiry information to answer questions, provide support, coordinate meetings, assess requested projects and partnerships, and maintain communications related to those requests. We may also use it to address misuse, protect our services and comply with applicable law. We do not use inquiries for unrelated advertising without an appropriate legal basis.

3. Providing information and withdrawing a request

You decide whether to send an inquiry. The form marks required fields; your company or organization is optional. Closing the page before sending does not submit an inquiry to us. If you have already sent a message and wish to withdraw a request or ask us to stop using your information, contact the address below. We will explain what we can do in accordance with applicable law.

4. Analytics, cookies and your choice

With your permission, this website uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4), provided by Google LLC, to understand usage and improve its content and usability. We load the Google tag through Partytown. Moving the script to a worker does not change the recipient or remove its privacy implications.

GA4 is not loaded before you allow analytics. You can decline or withdraw permission using Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawing stops future measurement on this browser; it does not delete information already received by Google. Your choice is stored locally for up to 180 days. Clearing browser storage or switching browsers or devices may require a new choice.

We do not enable behavioral targeting advertising, Google signals or advertising personalization in this implementation. Advertising consent remains denied. Contact pages and public-notice pages are excluded from measurement. We do not configure transmission of form text, names, email addresses, URL query strings or fragments to GA4.

Hosting and email services may separately record connection or delivery logs for operation and security.

Data

Cookie identifiers, page paths and titles, interaction events, browser, device, operating system and language information. The connection exposes an IP address to Google for processing, including approximate location; Google states that GA4 does not log or store IP addresses.

First-party GA cookies are configured to expire after 180 days without automatic renewal. Event-data retention follows the GA4 property settings.

Google may process information outside Japan, including in the United States. Review Google’s policy for its processing arrangements. You can use the website without consenting to analytics.

5. Third parties and service providers

We do not provide personal information to third parties without prior consent, except where permitted by applicable law. We may entrust necessary processing to service providers within the stated purposes, or transfer information as part of a business succession where permitted by law. We select and supervise entrusted providers as required.

Where handling involves a provider outside Japan, we will determine the applicable requirements, including information provision, consent or equivalent protective arrangements, before using that provider. No blanket exception for overseas transfers is established by this policy.

6. Security and retention

We limit the information handled and access to it to what is necessary for the purposes above, and take appropriate measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, damage and disclosure. Requests for information about our safeguards can be made to the contact below; we will respond within a scope that does not undermine security.

We retain inquiry information for the period necessary to respond, continue relevant business communications, handle disputes and meet legal obligations. Information no longer needed is deleted or disposed of appropriately. The operational arrangements are being confirmed before public launch.

• Physical: protect devices, media and documents against theft, loss and unauthorized viewing.
• Technical: apply authentication and access controls and protect systems against unauthorized access and malware.
• External environment: assess relevant overseas data-protection arrangements when processing involves another country.

7. Access to personal data and third-party provision records

You may contact us to request notification of purposes of use, access to your retained personal data or applicable third-party provision records, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, erasure, or suspension of third-party provision, as provided by Japanese personal information protection law.

We verify identity using information reasonably necessary for the request, investigate and respond without undue delay as required by law. If we cannot fulfil all or part of a request, we will explain the reason. For notification of purposes of use or disclosure requests, a fee of JPY 1,000 per request applies; the payment method will be explained in advance. Please do not email identity documents unless we specifically arrange a secure method.

8. Correction, suspension of use and erasure

If your personal data is inaccurate, or the grounds for suspension, erasure or stopping third-party provision under applicable law are met, contact us below. After verifying identity, we will investigate and take the actions required by law, or explain why a request cannot be fulfilled. These requests are distinct from the paid disclosure procedure above.

We review this policy when our services, handling practices or applicable requirements change. We will publish the revised content and effective date on this website or notify you by an appropriate method. Where consent is legally required, we will obtain it before applying the relevant change.
