Alongside launching new businesses, I have pursued joint research with universities and research institutions. Beginning with image analysis, my work now focuses on generative AI and LLMs. I propose enterprise adoption of local LLM architectures that combine quantized models with hardware optimized for inference.

At the same time, I have designed and implemented iOS, Android and web applications myself, including providing a medication app for physicians. I continue to turn research and ideas into products that people can use.

For more than 20 years, I have also worked on the design, deployment and operation of enterprise mobile devices and authentication infrastructure. Managing hundreds of thousands of devices has brought me face to face with a fundamental question of control:

Who can access and handle enterprise data, where, and to what extent?

As AI becomes central to business operations, this question extends to sovereign AI: how can enterprises keep their data, models and inference environments under their own control?

This question led me to establish SENACTA.
